$20 million lottery ticket purchased in Edmonton

If you purchased a Lotto Max ticket in Edmonton on Friday – you could be $20 million richer.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation announced on its website that the $20 million Lotto Max Jackpot for Friday, Aug. 31 was purchased by one lucky ticket in Edmonton.

Officials have not yet said where the winning ticket was bought or the name of the winner.
