Manila, Philippines – A lone bettor won the P87,697,688.40 Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot last Thursday.
The winner placed a “Lucky Pick” bet in a lotto outlet on Roces Avenue in Quezon City, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II said.
Rojas said the winner correctly guessed the winning combination 6-49-32-3-48-14.
The winner is the first for the month of June, Rojas said.
“We in the PCSO are happy that another lotto bettor has hit the jackpot. We hope the winner will be able to help other needy people and that more bettors will get lucky also,” said Rojas through PCSO media coordinator Joseph Muego.
A lotto outlet that produces a jackpot winner gets a P500,000 commission from the PCSO, Rojas said.
The last lotto jackpot winner was on May 31, getting the P12,380,454 Lotto 6/42 jackpot. The winning combination was 19-30-16-11-14-8.
Meanwhile, today’s Grand Lotto 6/55 draw has an estimated P72-million jackpot. (Edd K. Usman)
