Justice Secretary Leila de Lima finally turned over to the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee on Thursday, May 15, Janet Lim-Napoles' signed list containing the names of officials who supposedly took part in the multi-billion peso pork barrel scam.
In the signed list, the suspected pork scam ringleader named 10 incumbent senators –
Bong Revilla
Jinggoy Estrada
Juan Ponce Enrile
Tito Sotto
Loren Legarda
Alan Peter Cayetano
Koko Pimentel
Gringo Honasan
Francis Escudero
JV Ejercito (as San Juan representative)
Two former senators –
Manny Villar
The late Robert Barbers
Three Cabinet secretaries –
Budget Secretary Butch Abad
Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala
Tesda Director-General Joel Villanueva
And 67 former and current congressmen – which include allies of President Benigno Aquino III (former Customs chief Ruffy Biazon, House Appropriations Committee Chairman Isidro Ungab, and Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali).
Besides the names, there are also some handwritten notes and names of House representatives in Napoles' signed list.
Some of the handwritten names:
"Cong. Angara - APO"
"Sandoval"
"Emane"
"Gonzales and Zialcita"
The contents of Napoles' signed list are the same as those in the list that Secretary Panfilo Lacson submitted to the Senate, which he said he had acquired from Napoles' husband, Jimmy.
Even the font used and the order of names are the same.
There are only two significant differences – the signature and the handwritten notes.
