An explosion rocked a lodging house in Iligan City on Christmas Eve with no one initially reported injured.
The explosion damaged the Negra Lodging House in Palao village in Iligan City, radio dzBB reported early Tuesday.
Police are looking into a personal grudge as the possible motive for the blast.
In a separate Bombo Radyo report, Iligan City police chief Senior Superintendent Raul Diones said that they are looking into information that a large firecracker was the cause of the explosion. Diones discounted a grenade explosion as they did not recover shrapnel there.
