£148M LOTTO WINNER STROLLS BACK TO WORK

AFTER becoming England’s biggest lottery winner, Adrian Bayford need never work again.
But he vowed he would return to his music shop – and he has stayed true to his word.
At the weekend, he was spotted rolling up the shutters of the Suffolk Music Centre in Haverhill.
He spent the day sorting stock and chatting to shoppers.
In August, Adrian, 41, and his wife Gillian, 40, won £148million on the National Lottery.
At the time he said he had no intention of abandoning his business partner Richard Hudspith.
A friend said: “Adrian drifts in and out of the shop but is still working behind the counter – it is his business too, after all.”
A shopper said: “When I was in, he was carrying boxes and breaking boxes down. It was nice to see him enjoy work because, let’s face it, he doesn’t have to.”
Since their win, the Bayfords have avoided a spending spree.
They were seen in a £17,000 Ford Kuga, a far cry from the £60,000 Audi Q7 Gillian said she wanted.
